The From Stress to Success: Self-Aware Leadership Summit is developed with the core belief that cultivating awareness of our inner world – our emotions, beliefs, and embodied presence – unlocks the ability to lead with authenticity, compassion, and courage. This immersive retreat brings together a small, trusted circle of women leaders to explore mindfulness practices designed to develop leadership skills. Through somatic practices, stillness, journaling, and Mastermind groups, we will reset the nervous system, uncover and reconfigure limiting beliefs, and reimagine leadership with aliveness.

 

Set on the remote and breathtaking island of Amorgos, Greece, the Summit offers a luxurious secluded environment designed to inspire renewal and nurture profound growth. At Searock you’ll have space to pause, connect, and emerge ready to lead with clarity and purpose.

Retreat Design:

Participants receive ~25 hours of small group coaching utilizing integrative leadership techniques.

• ~25 hours of small group coaching throughout the retreat week

• 6-8 sessions of mindfulness-based stillness

• ~30 individual techniques for self-awareness and energy regulation that can be used in daily life

• 3-6 role-play sessions to practice, learn and grow together

• Learning by participating in Mastermind groups, including a final project

• Downtime for journaling, reflection, spa services and rest.

• 4 optional excursions to tour beautiful Amorgos and learn about Greek culture

• 3 Fresh, healthy and nourishing meals prepared daily

• 7 nights accommodation at Searock villa (part of Aegialis Hotel & Spa)

• 30 minute complimentary massage

• Complimentary use of all spa facilities at Aegialis Hotel & Spa: sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor sea-water pool, and fitness center

✈️ Travel: Shuttle available from Amorgos ferry port to Searock

ALL INCLUSIVE: Full board (3 meals per day) of delicious food much of which is grown at Aegialis, sea-view accommodation, Searock private jacuzzi, gorgeous retreat space, props for movement, wifi, and integrative leadership program.

There is one quadruple room and one triple room that have a private balcony jacuzzi. The main Searock jacuzzi is available to all participants.

Not included: 4 optional extra excursions on the island, extra spa services like massage, transport to/from Athens airport to Amorgos via taxi and ferry.

Optional Excursions

1. Bus Tour: Monastery of Panagia Chozoviotissa, Agia Anna beach, Chora town - $81.95

   • Tour Chora, the picturesque capitol of Amorgos

   • Visit the 1,000 year old monastery of Panagia Chozoviotissa, originally a goddess oracle shrine.

   • Enjoy the crystal blue waters of Agia Anna beach – great for snorkeling!

   • Includes meditation session with Marissa

2. Hiking Tour: ~3 hours along the most beautiful part of the island - $61.50

   • Tour the most beautiful part of the island beginning from the village Tholaria, where the hotel is located

   • View the remains of an Hellenistic tower, aromatic fields, and traditional Amorgean life

   • Tour guide included

   • Includes meditation session with Marissa

3. Herbal Tour: Traditional Amorgean House & Essential Oil Distillery - $118

   • Visit the oldest house in the village Tholaria, “Paraskevo’s house”

   • Tour guide explains the traditional life on Amrogos as well as aromatherapy distillery

   • Participate in distilling plants!

4. Yacht Tour: Visit island locations so hidden, they’re only accessible by boat - $410

   • The yacht has sunbeds, private bathroom, and dining room for lunch

   • Great for swimming and snorkeling in unscathed, flawless waters

   • Includes Meditation session with Marissa

​In order to effectively coordinate with Aegialis Hotel & Spa, and guarantee these excursions can happen, no refunds are available for excursions. Participants can book excursions upon arrival, but then it’s dependent on availability by the hotel, and they may be booked. It is strongly advised to book excursions at the time of booking the retreat.

Important Travel Information

• Make sure you have a valid passport at least 1 month prior to departure – valid passports are required to travel from the US to Greece.

  • US passport renewal make take up to 12 weeks

  • For other countries, please contact your state department or local Greek consulate

• No visa is required for US citizens to travel to Greece

• Ferry schedules for April 2026 are not published, yet, and may be limited.

  • Consider booking an extra day or two in Athens to have enough time to catch the right ferry

  • This will also help with jetlag

  • If you need help to book an extra Athens stay, please get in touch and I’ll put you in contact with an Aegialis staff member who can help

• Greece is on the Eastern European time zone

• Greece currency is the Euro

  • Although Europeans don’t require tipping, you may need Euros for the cab to the ferry port or some such situation.

  • Consider changing your currency into some Euros prior to your flight or at the Athens airport

Refunds and Cancellations

There are no cancellation refunds after February 15th, 2026. Final payments are due February 15, 2026. If not paid in full by February 15, 2026 your spot is subject to cancellation without refund. To receive early bird pricing you must be paid in full by December 15, 2025. Prices will increase after December 15th, even for partial payments on a payment plan.

 

Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. Some insurance providers require you to purchase within two weeks of booking.
