Service Description

The From Stress to Success Leadership Community is designed to help you integrate mindfulness-based leadership into your daily life. Our core belief is that when we come together in an embodied community of authenticity and trust, we can safely practice utilizing what we learn before sharing it with the world. Our small group coaching experience blends the guidance of the Program Coach with the shared wisdom of a supportive community. Together, we cultivate meaningful connections, spark fresh insights, inspire each other’s growth, and enrich both leadership and business expertise. Outcomes: By participating in this community of learning, you’ll develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and self-management skills. In addition to learning more about leading and influencing others, you’ll achieve these outcomes: New and additional self-regulation techniques suitable for the workplace Incorporate self-care habits and practices in your workday and/or with teams. Integrate coaching techniques into your management style. Develop an attitude of curiosity. Practice specific communication skills, like the Art of the Ask, in a safe, supportive environment. Community Design: You’ll receive 11 hours of growth and development through an integrative leadership lens in this unique peer-to-peer coaching experience. Six 1.5 hour group coaching sessions Each session includes a Pair & Share meeting for deeper reflection and connection One 1-hour integrative coaching session at any point through the 6-week program One 1-hour integrative coaching session after the program is completed to create a vision, goals, and next actions steps based on the learning. Ideal participants are those women leaders who: Value connecting with a small group of peers in a trust-based and growth-focused community. Strive to elevate their leadership impact, effectiveness, and influence. Commit to deep self-reflection and emotional transformation. Seek to shift limiting patterns and beliefs – both conscious and unconscious – that may impede their success. Desire to uncover and harness their distinct strengths to lead with authenticity and purpose. Program Details: Investment: $699 + credit card fee of $21 🗓️ When: October 17th, 2025 for 6 weeks 📍 Where: Online, 10AM-11:30AM US Mountain time for the first group of four.
