The From Stress to Success: Leadership Through Sound and Movement retreat is developed with the core belief that when we come together in an embodied way to form a community, we leave with deep insights and mindset growth that will bring ease and grace into our lives and into our capacity to achieve goals. Utilising the remote, beautiful, and safe space at Blacktail Ranch, we provide a container for women leaders to release and relax the nervous system, dive deeply into habits and beliefs, and lean into one another to form powerful leadership insights. Program Outcomes: By participating in this unique retreat environment, learn how to lead and influence others, as well as these outcomes: • Successfully identify and manage when you are dysregulated/stressed, in real-time. • Develop self-care habits and practices to smooth out dysregulated energy spikes. • Effectively identify and manage when a co-worker/team member is triggered. • Develop your authentic communication style. • Learn how to include the tools/skills you’ve learned into your everyday interactions. This option includes: • Private cabin with private bathroom on the beautiful ranch grounds • All 6 nourishing meals (dietary needs accommodated) • 4 movement and sounding sessions • 3 meditation sessions • Horseback ride • Museum tour and gift shop access Early bird pricing of $800 is available until September 1st.
